Bhadresh Barry Gohil BSc Hons is a landlord, author and celebrity personal trainer that featured in world leading Men's Health Mag 2006 /2007, Ilford Recorder Several times, Sunday Mirror, Derby Press, Prediction Magazine and Derby Press.
He held a stall a Best You Expo, World Power Show 2018, Ilford Library, Body Power Events. He has attended many Property Events in Excel and met many successful people at Best You Expo, Authoring, Property, Security Events.
His career began at Raphael School, Redbridge College and University of East London. In 1998 he started investing in properties whilst working for JPMChase Bank. He has worked for the likes on ICL Fujtsu where he won awards for hitting SLA and JPMorgan Chase where he won numerous awards.
He has worked as a Permanent and Contract employee for Natmags, Natwest Bank in Canary Wharf and Derby City Centre, Barclays Capital Investment Bank, Capgemini , Mizou Bank, BlackRock Trade Floor and Piper Jaffray Elad Gov Site, Met Police, Investment Bank where he went to to win more awards for outstanding customer service and gained a score of 98 per cent a Bloomberg Certified Professional.
After Leaving PJC bank he worked for Knights , SFM, MaxipowerFM. net as Security Officer SIA DS CCTV certified looking after shopping malls as Security Officer at Ilford Exchange for BidVestNoon- the Security Roles involved looking after customers shop holders, collecting shop sale data for management, liasing wit GS4 by collecting monies from site using car parking machines, closing /opening sites, filling in DOB , access control - issues checking passes creating employee access card , parking access cards and managing upto 600 keys,,,at times providing 24 7 365 days for which he also won awards by ensuring clients assets as protected from Financial Loss.Client lists like Savills Hitachi Capital and many many others.

In 2007 B Gohil with colleagues was made redundant from a job he loved at JPMorganChase Invesment bank and he invested his redundancy monies in buying a Happy Shopper Shop in Derby via newsagent for Sale, he and family went training or Lottery Payzone Paypoint and it was First in Derby Normanton to be selected for Premier Express Format (bookers cash n carry)- the concept worked that takings went up from 4k weekly to 10 15k weekly, the shop was re furbed with redundancy monies and other monies secured / unsecured fs - the shop valued at approc 250 300k at it peak, the shop happily traded for until 2012 then bank Natwest decided to reduce the Over Draft Facility which lead to the demise of the shop despite talking to Relationship Managers , and other Fs Banking Institutions.
In 2012 Mr B Gohil found himself in Bankruptcy from which he has been fully discharged despite securing a Bridge FS Loan for 500k, 2 properties were Sold by the Courts and NatWest he Discharge ALL Debts. Mr Gohil during the BKT period sold properties to investor to clear debts.
Life is about learning, fast-forward 2006, Mr B Gohil continues to be a landlord , author and speaker he has gained valuable skills in commercial , residential property management , he has dealt with courts and evictions, rent arrears and management of all types.
His personal assets labilities statement look healthy he is looking to rebuild a commercial residential property portfolio having learn valuable lesson.
Currently, he tax property matters are looked after JK Shah Accountants in Manor Park and www.kkrich.com Hafeza and Zuber.
His parents ran the shop and derived an income and pension . They retired and live in Ilford Essex, B Gohil mum passed away with cancer diabetes dementia aged 71 and dad is aged 78 and happily attends and contributes participates addes values to RGAW Redbridge Gujrati Welfare Association which his parents attende attned which has been running for 40 years in Ilford over 65s.
